Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will drive the digital marketing strategies for both Paycio and Chatbucket, enhancing brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement across platforms. This role requires a creative, data-driven marketer with expertise in fintech and social media landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to Paycio’s fintech audience and Chatbucket’s social media community.

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to create compelling content (blogs, videos, social posts) that aligns with brand goals and drives user engagement.

SEO & SEM: Enhance website traffic and search rankings through SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Growth: Build and engage communities on Chatbucket by crafting platform-specific social media strategies to boost user retention and interaction.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, and provide actionable insights to refine campaigns.

Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging for Paycio and Chatbucket across all digital channels.

Market Research: Stay updated on fintech and social media trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or social media industries.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of fintech user behavior and social media engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with Hyderabad’s local market trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of blockchain or payment technologies (for Paycio).
• Experience managing community-driven social media campaigns (for Chatbucket).
• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Creative design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
