Location: Majiwada, Thane Reports to: Head - Marketing Department: Marketing Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies, with a strong focus on ROI and performance analytics. You will manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objective Your role β Collaborate with other teams (like content, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. β Manage & monitor performance reports, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations. β Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation. β Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities. β Work on campaigns to manage end to end lead nurturing. Your tasks β Create social media plans, including content creation, publishing, and community management. β Manage & monitor and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. β Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic. β Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing. β Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance. β Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders. β Drive webinars for multiple programs and learner engagement and retention. Your profile, preferred skills and qualifications β A bachelorβs degree in marketing, communication, or related fields. β 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing β Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console β Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpotβ¦ β Strong knowledge of digital marketing - Google Ads, affiliates, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing and social media. β Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools. β Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives. β Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices. β Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. β Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
