Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to amplify our story and accelerate growth across channels.


Role Summary


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive full-funnel digital strategies, integrating performance marketing, content, SEO, CRM, and brand awareness to generate leads, build authority, and convert traffic into qualified opportunities. You will lead execution, manage agency/vendor relationships, and work closely with sales, design, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels

• Own end-to-end funnel metrics including CTR, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-close conversion

• A/B test creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages for continuous improvement

• Allocate and manage paid media budgets efficiently with a strong ROI focus



Brand & Content Strategy

• Develop and maintain a compelling content calendar across blogs, email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram

• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-impact marketing assets (videos, graphics, case studies)

• Oversee Vensi’s messaging consistency across all digital platforms



Content Creation – Graphics & Video

• Ideate and produce long-form content (product videos, explainers, case studies, YouTube series)

• Create short-form assets (reels, motion graphics, product snippets, testimonials) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Use Canva/Adobe/Premiere/Final Cut or work with designers/editors to bring ideas to life

• Ensure visual brand consistency and clarity across all formats

• Translate clinical or technical content into engaging narratives for digital consumption



SEO & Organic Growth

• Optimize the website and blog for organic visibility

• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor search performance

• Ensure content aligns with buyer personas and user intent



CRM & Lead Nurturing

• Implement and manage email campaigns for education, nurturing, and re-engagement

• Set up marketing automation and drip workflows using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp

• Segment audience lists based on intent, location, and sales stages




Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs: CAC, lead volume, engagement, MQLs

• Provide data-backed insights for continuous campaign improvements




Team & Vendor Management

• Manage external agencies (SEO, paid ads, design, etc.) and evaluate their performance

• Collaborate with sales, service, and application teams for integrated campaigns

• Guide and mentor junior digital marketers or interns as the team scales





KPIs / Success Metrics

• Increase in qualified inbound leads

• Reduction in CAC (Cost per Acquisition)

• Website traffic & conversion rate growth

• Organic keyword ranking improvements

• Campaign ROAS and funnel conversion benchmarks

• Engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram



Ideal Candidate


Required:

• 4–8 years of digital marketing experience (at least 2+ in performance marketing)

• Experience in B2B, healthcare, SaaS, or technology marketing

• Strong proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush), and CRM/marketing automation platforms

• Excellent command of marketing funnels, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation

• Highly analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred:

• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry

• Working knowledge of video marketing or influencer campaigns

• Basic HTML/WordPress/web optimization knowledge
