Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our healthcare services, enhance patient acquisition, and strengthen brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry’s regulatory environment, patient behavior, and digital best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Oversee website content, performance, and optimization for patient engagement and lead generation.
• Plan and manage digital advertising budgets to ensure high ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics; generate actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, clinical, IT) to ensure brand consistency and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
• Manage online reputation and patient feedback across review sites and social platforms.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and healthcare industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
• Proven success in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and patient privacy requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
