Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals. Plan campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, social media, email, and display advertising. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending. 2. Performance Marketing Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements. 3. SEO & Content Marketing Lead SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search visibility. Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, SEO-friendly blogs, videos, and social content. Manage website updates and ensure alignment with digital best practices. 4. Social Media & Branding Develop and manage the companys social media presence across platforms. Build and execute content calendars and brand storytelling strategies. Engage with audiences to grow brand loyalty and community presence. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards for insights. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports highlighting ROI, performance trends, and recommendations. 6. Team & Vendor Management Manage internal team members and external agencies or freelancers. Coordinate with creative, design, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
