Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Manage sales activities within a defined region or territory, ensuring achievement of sales volume and profitability targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICU clinicians, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, distributors, and dealers. Drive growth through market development, KOL engagement, and distributor support. Gather and analyze competitive and market intelligence to refine sales strategies and product positioning. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Training & Documentation Prepare and maintain documentation related to demos, trials, training, and customer feedback.
