About the Role

Digital Marketing Manager

This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building data-driven marketing strategies, managing client accounts, and optimizing campaigns to deliver strong ROI and brand growth.



Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and client objectives.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure campaign profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists to deliver high-performance campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with US clients—handling strategy discussions, performance reviews, and campaign recommendations.

Performance Marketing (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Oversee and optimize paid campaigns on

    Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    , LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Implement advanced targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Analyze ad performance data and adjust bids, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content planning.
  • Supervise link-building efforts and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor analytics and continuously enhance organic visibility and website rankings.

Social Media Marketing (SSM)

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Monitor trends, manage content calendars, and ensure consistency of brand messaging across platforms.
  • Track and report social media metrics and suggest performance-driven improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Data Studio

    to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Present detailed reports with insights, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement through A/B testing and data analysis.

Content & Brand Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design effective marketing assets, ad creatives, and landing pages.
  • Ensure that all digital content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Support in developing content strategies for blogs, email marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

    with hands-on management of

    US-based campaigns

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing

    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as

    Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools

    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent client communication, leadership, and project management skills.
