Job Mode: On-site Experience: Mid-level (minimum 2 years) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Meta Ad Buyer Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive exceptional results for our clients. If you are passionate about performance marketing, have hands-on experience with Meta ad platforms, and excel at turning data into actionable strategies, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Campaign Management : Plan, set up, and manage Meta ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve client objectives. Budget Management : Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Ad Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to optimize ad performance, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure campaign success. Reporting : Create detailed, client-facing reports that highlight campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to craft data-driven strategies that align with client goals and industry trends. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of Meta’s advertising tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Budget Management : Manage budgets of up to $50,000 across multiple client campaigns from the U.S. Qualifications Experience : 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta ad buying and performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, budget management, and ad optimization techniques. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, third-party tracking platforms, or CRM systems is a plus. Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to monitor and interpret ad KPIs, derive actionable insights, and create comprehensive performance reports. Strategic Thinking : Experience in developing and executing ad strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve client goals. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
