Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can strategize, plan and execute digital campaigns across channels—SEO, social media, email, paid ads—to boost brand awareness, traffic, sales and revenue. Track performance with analytics, manage budgets, optimize user experience, and coordinate with teams to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, optimize and monitor campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, social media, display ads etc with the help of team members.
• Manage the marketing budget: allocation, forecasting, and ensuring ROI
• Oversee content strategy & production; ensure brand messaging consistency.
• Take responsibility of all company’s all official channels (Digital)
• Mentor and oversee team members.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital tools, competitor activity; test new channels & tactics.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of managing and executing digital campaigns (Organic and paid) and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar) — advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,425.63 - ₹85,292.04 per month
