Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong grasp of brand positioning, media planning, and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Salary pay - 35k to 45k

  • Minimum experience of 4-5 years in digital marketing

  • Candidate should currently working as a digital marketing manager in a social media agency.

  • Looking for immediate joiner only.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to ensure high ROI.
  • Lead media planning and buying strategies to allocate budgets effectively across channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and value proposition across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience in media planning, performance marketing, and budget management.
  • Solid understanding of brand development and positioning in digital spaces.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decisions.
