Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media.
• Optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.
• Lead content strategy for blog, email, and social media in collaboration with the content team.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
• Monitor trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the digital curve.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in [your industry, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, etc.].
• Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic web development.
