Digital Marketing Manager

• As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Your primary goal will be to increase our online presence, engage our target audience, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and other online platforms to improve user experience, increase traffic, and drive conversions.
• Create and coordinate compelling content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and webinars, to engage our audience and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, education technology, and the broader industry landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Lead the development of marketing collateral, including landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional materials, to support campaign objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on the performance of digital marketing activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Creative thinker and executioner.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
