Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing digital channels, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic and conversions, and leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Plan and manage online campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
• Utilize AI-based tools for automating and improving campaign optimization, audience targeting, content creation, reporting, and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers for campaign execution
• Monitor trends in online marketing and technologies, including AI advancements, and apply best practices
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence and online reputation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and ROI analysis of marketing efforts
• Identify new opportunities to integrate AI and automation into marketing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email tools
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered marketing tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max, or similar) for campaign automation, analytics, and creative optimization
• Up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and AI tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
