Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically handling high-rise developments, and possess a strong understanding of market trends, client management, and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for high-rise residential and commercial projects. Identify and engage potential clients, brokers, and channel partners to drive sales. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and lead generation activities. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Oversee sales documentation, agreements, and customer records in coordination with the legal and CRM teams. Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and performance. Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in resolving client queries. Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to senior management. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in high-rise buildings. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of real estate laws, market trends, and pricing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in handling site visits and high-value transactions.
