Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Multi-SBU Campaigns

  • Develop and execute customized

    digital marketing roadmaps

    for each SBU —
  • KEI:

    Lead generation and brand building for student admissions.
  • KGH:

    Patient outreach, OPD promotions, and community health campaigns.
  • Krishna Creation:

    Fashion influencer campaigns, catalogue shoots, and e-commerce visibility.
  • BRS Housing:

    Real estate lead funnels, property launches, and investor communication.
  • Personal Branding:

    Thought leadership content for

    Mr. Tipam Bhattacharjee

    and

    Mrs. Uma Bhattacharjee

    , focusing on education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
  • Coordinate brand consistency and storytelling across all business units while maintaining each entity’s unique positioning.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a

    creative digital team of 4–5 members

    , including

    graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and SEO specialists

    .
  • Allocate SBU-specific responsibilities and ensure on-time, high-quality campaign execution.
  • Conduct weekly creative reviews and analytics-driven performance evaluations.

3. Content & Communication Strategy

  • Oversee

    content strategy

    across all digital touchpoints — website, social media, blogs, YouTube, podcasts, and newsletters.
  • Plan and supervise

    photo/video shoots

    ,

    podcast episodes

    , and

    interview-based content

    for brand visibility.
  • Curate and manage

    LinkedIn content calendars

    for the promoters and institutional pages, ensuring a consistent tone of leadership, innovation, and community service.

4. Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Manage and optimize

    paid media campaigns

    on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn for lead generation and conversion.
  • Plan quarterly

    performance marketing budgets

    and track ROAS across SBUs.
  • Execute

    retargeting campaigns

    ,

    funnel optimization

    , and

    A/B testing

    to improve conversion metrics.

5. SEO, SMO & Analytics

  • Oversee on-page and off-page

    SEO

    , local listings, and keyword optimization for all SBU websites.
  • Drive

    SMO strategies

    for engagement, follower growth, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze insights through

    Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Power BI dashboards

    to report KPIs and performance trends.

6. CRM & Automation

  • Manage

    CRM integration

    for lead tracking and customer journeys across education, hospital, and real-estate operations.
  • Implement

    marketing automation workflows

    using

    SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and email campaigns

    .
  • Execute

    auto-call and voice campaign systems

    for lead nurturing and event promotion.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with

    Admissions, Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounts

    teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external

    digital agencies, influencers, photographers, and vendors

    for creative execution.
  • Partner with PR and media teams to amplify offline campaigns online.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Digital Media

    .
  • 6–10 years of proven experience

    in digital marketing with exposure to

    multi-sector brand management

    (Education, Healthcare, Fashion, Real Estate preferred).
  • Expertise in:
  • Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

  • Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • SEO/SMO, CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS Campaigns

  • Podcast & Video Content Production

  • Strong command of tools such as

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/LeadSquared, Canva, Power BI, and Trello/Asana

    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-impact campaigns under tight deadlines.
