Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. They will handle tasks such as social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts to ensure effective brand messaging and reach.


Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage a marketing team of 20+ professionals across SEO, PPC, social media, content, design, and development.


Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and client acquisition.


Oversee SEO, paid ads, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and referral channels to create a strong inbound pipeline.


Collaborate with the sales team to handle lead queries, assist in proposal creation, and support deal conversions.


Be actively involved in client communication, proposal development, and requirement documentation (FRDs).


Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console; prepare data-driven reports.


Drive PR, social media, and branding initiatives to position the company as a leader in the IT services space.


Foster a culture of learning, performance excellence, and creative problem-solving within the marketing team.


Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Team Leadership within an IT services company.


Proven success in generating 100+ qualified leads per month through SEO, PPC, and outreach strategies.


Strong command of marketing tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clutch, and CRM systems.


Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, content strategy, lead nurturing, and client communications.


Excellent understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and inbound marketing funnels.


Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
