Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager who can manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart Ads. In this role, you will take charge of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting — driving sales growth and visibility for multiple E-commerce brands. We’re seeking a highly active, result-oriented, and performance-focused professional who can contribute strategically and grow rapidly with the organization. 💡 Fast growth opportunity: Your CTC will be revised within 6–12 months based on your contribution and performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns for multiple brands. Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve optimal ROAS and ACoS targets. Perform detailed keyword research, product targeting, and competitor analysis. Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, sales, and revenue growth). Analyze campaign data and prepare insightful reports for internal and client reviews. Collaborate with the strategy, content, and catalog teams to align ad efforts with business goals. Stay up to date with platform changes, marketplace trends, and ad innovations. Required Skills & Competencies 6 months to 2 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or E-commerce advertising. Strong understanding of E-commerce ad metrics — ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-focused mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Prior experience or internship in digital marketing, PPC, or E-commerce management preferred. Familiarity with tools like Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
