Role Overview

  • We are looking for an energetic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager who can manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart Ads.
  • In this role, you will take charge of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting — driving sales growth and visibility for multiple E-commerce brands.
  • We’re seeking a highly active, result-oriented, and performance-focused professional who can contribute strategically and grow rapidly with the organization.
  • 💡 Fast growth opportunity: Your CTC will be revised within 6–12 months based on your contribution and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve optimal ROAS and ACoS targets.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, product targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, sales, and revenue growth).
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare insightful reports for internal and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with the strategy, content, and catalog teams to align ad efforts with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, marketplace trends, and ad innovations.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 6 months to 2 years

    of experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or E-commerce advertising.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce ad metrics —

    ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions.

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-focused mindset.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internship in digital marketing, PPC, or E-commerce management preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
