Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage digital marketing initiatives for our IT CRM product portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Affiliate Marketing, with proven success in driving qualified B2B leads, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing customer acquisition within the software or SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for CRM products.
  • Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, technical optimization, and backlink acquisition to improve organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels with a focus on B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to drive targeted brand awareness and lead engagement.
  • Implement SMO strategies to strengthen brand presence, improve engagement, and increase traffic from social platforms.
  • Oversee affiliate and partnership marketing programs, onboarding relevant partners to expand reach and lead generation.
  • Design and manage marketing funnels for CRM demos, free trials, and paid conversions.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure alignment with product positioning and customer requirements.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or IT product marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO (on-page and off-page), PPC, SMO, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce for campaign tracking and automation.
  • Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to both strategize and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within IT, SaaS, or CRM product organizations.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or SEO will be an added advantage.

  • Qualified B2B lead generation and conversion rates
  • Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings
  • ROI from paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
