Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Software Faculty with specialization in Hardware and Networking to train and mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects of computer hardware, networking concepts, and related software tools. The faculty will also be responsible for preparing course material, conducting assessments, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and lab training sessions in:
• Computer Hardware (Assembling, Troubleshooting, Peripherals)
• Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, Subnetting, etc.)
• Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
• Network Devices (Routers, Switches, Hubs, etc.)
• Basic Cybersecurity Concepts
• Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Software tools like Cisco Packet Tracer or equivalent
• Conduct regular practical sessions and ensure hands-on experience for students.
• Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and lab manuals.
• Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical exams.
• Provide guidance to students on projects and certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA).
• Stay updated on the latest developments in hardware and networking technologies.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and tech events at the institute.
• Maintain academic discipline and ensure quality training standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of computer hardware & networking.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot OS and networking equipment.
• Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN, IP configuration, firewall basics.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, topologies, and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Knowledge of certification courses like CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+ will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,086.00 - ₹15,369.45 per month
