Computer Faculty

Job Summary:

Onward Academy is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced Faculty Member who can train students across a range of in-demand technologies including Java (up to Java 11), Python, AI, Web Development, Advanced Excel, R Programming, and Design Tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and mentoring, and must be updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online sessions on:
• Core Programming: C, C++, Java
• Advanced: Python, R Programming, AI, Java 11
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Application Development
• Design: Photoshop
• Data/Business Tools: Advanced Excel
• Prepare, update, and enhance training materials, course modules, and assessments.
• Mentor students through project work, assignments, and real-time case studies.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assessments regularly.
• Collaborate with academic and management teams to upgrade curricula based on industry needs.
• Provide guidance for career path and certifications relevant to Software and AI domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in delivering training on at least 3–4 of the following:
• Java (up to Java 11)
• Python & AI (including AI Smart Pro curriculum)
• Web Development & Web Applications
• Graphics & UI Design (Photoshop)
• R Programming and/or Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in developing student projects and guiding them on real-world applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
