Marketing Manager – Technical SEO, CRM & Automation

Bridgegold is a global investment-migration and private-client advisory firm serving HNW investors pursuing residence and citizenship through investment. The company operates across international real estate, financial services, and legal partnerships, combining technical accuracy and AI-driven automation to deliver measurable, multilingual visibility.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical role focused on SEO, GA4, CRM automation (HubSpot/Salesforce), and AI-driven optimization. It is not a content-writing, social-media, or brand-only position. The ideal candidate has real experience implementing technical SEO fixes (schema, hreflang, site audits), setting up CRM workflows, managing multilingual SEO, and building automation flows with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Zapier, and AI platforms. Candidates with experience in RCBI, real estate, finance, or other high-value sectors are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multilingual SEO strategies, coordinating international freelancers for localization, keyword mapping, and backlinking.

• Implement website and social media enhancement and content creation, ensuring they remain current, visually consistent, and aligned with brand tone.

RCBI, real estate, financial, or luxury markets

• Implement and refine AI-assisted SEO tools (Surfer, Jasper, Frase, Clearscope) to optimize multilingual content.

• Build and maintain CRM workflows in HubSpot or Salesforce, covering lead capture, scoring, tagging, and automated follow-ups.

• Configure and maintain chat automation (ManyChat, Intercom) connecting social traffic to CRM pipelines.

• Employ AI connectors (Zapier, Make, Copilot, Pabbly) for unified data and marketing workflow automation.

• Monitor KPIs via GA4, Search Console, and AI dashboards for predictive performance tracking.

• Conduct AI-led technical audits on site structure, schema, and language performance.

• Ensure privacy and data compliance (GDPR, CCPA) across automation pipelines.

• Collaborate with the KOL/Brand Manager to align SEO strategy, reporting, and audience insights.

• Proven expertise in AI-driven SEO and automation ecosystems (HubSpot AI, Surfer, Frase, Jasper, Clearscope, ChatGPT, Zapier).

• Analytical and structured mindset, capable of balancing creativity with precision.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals, CMS platforms, and technical optimization.

• Excellent English communication and documentation discipline.

Required tools familiarity: GA4, Search Console, HubSpot or Salesforce, Zapier/Make, Surfer/Jasper/Frase (AI-assisted SEO), schema validators.

Compensation

Approx. ₹110,000 per month gross + performance bonus.

Full-time, remote role via Employer of Record.
