Job Description

CPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage annual digital marketing budgets.

2. Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of campaigns across paid search (SEM), SEO, social media, email, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum performance, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Manage content creation for digital touchpoints (blogs, ads, landing pages, social media, website, etc.).

3. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems to gather insights.
  • Identify actionable optimization opportunities based on data.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website updates, user experience improvements, and landing page performance.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.

5. Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage brand presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop content calendars, engage with followers, and grow community engagement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners.

7. Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) to nurture leads.
  • Evaluate new tools and stay up-to-date with digital marketing innovations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,457.50 - ₹30,116.87 per month
