We are hiring a Marketing Manager to manage the company's digital backbone ensuring all systems, automations, and analytics run seamlessly and compliantly.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain CRM workflows in HubSpot or Salesforce, covering lead capture, scoring, tagging, and automated follow-ups.

Design and manage multilingual SEO strategies, coordinating freelancers for keyword research, content optimisation, and backlinking.

Configure and optimise ManyChat flows for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, linking chat funnels to CRM pipelines.

Implement automations and integrations with tools like Zapier, Make, or AI connectors to unify Bridgegold's marketing stack.

Track performance through Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and ad dashboards, delivering weekly KPI reports.

Coordinate website updates with developers, ensuring consistent on-page SEO and technical compliance.

Oversee privacy, cookie, and data-collection standards in line with international regulations.

Collaborate with the KOL/Digital Campaigns Manager to align SEO, data, and audience targeting.

What You Bring

68 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or CRM management.

Proven expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce and related marketing automations.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools.

Familiarity with chat-automation platforms (ManyChat or similar).

Analytical mindset, structured documentation habits, and attention to accuracy.

Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.

Compensation

Monthly gross salary: typically around ?1,10,000, adjusted based on experience and capability, plus a performance-based bonus.

Full-time, remote role via Employer of Record.
