Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content, support campaigns, create marketing materials, analyze performance, and enhance overall brand visibility.



Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Support SEO activities, website updates, and content optimisation.
  • Help in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and outreach activities.


2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
  • Research trends, competitor strategies, and industry updates to generate fresh content ideas.


3. Marketing Collateral Development

  • Assist in creating digital marketing materials including banners, infographics, presentations, and product highlights.
  • Coordinate with designers to develop visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare brochures, case studies, and presentation decks for campaigns.
  • Must have strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint; ability to create clean, professional, and visually appealing PPTs for internal and client-facing presentations.


4. Data & Analytics Support

  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports to measure KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyse data related to user engagement and marketing performance.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to understand offerings and create relevant content.
  • Coordinate with business development teams for campaigns, events, and product promotions.
  • Support during internal events, customer demos, and product showcases.


6. Market Research & Strategy Support

  • Conduct competitor research and gather insights on industry and market trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose creative ideas for campaigns and brand building.
  • Support the development of digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and reach.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field and MBA in Marketing.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ZOHO CRM.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment.
  • Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations (mandatory).


Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-driven marketing strategies
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for website marketing optimization
  • Prior experience in business development, telesales, or sales campaigns
  • Strong in product pitching and confident in presenting solutions to clients
  • Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings, demos, and field activities
  • Content writing or social media page management experience.
  • Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
