About Us


The Digital Marketing Head will lead the development and execution of PibyThree’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and aligning initiatives with the company’s business objectives. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development

    : Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote PibyThree’s cloud transformation services. 
  • Campaign Management:

     Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes. 

    Team Leadership:

     Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    Analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize strategies and drive ROI. Provide regular reports to senior management on KPIs and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

     Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with PibyThree’s business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand narrative. 
  • Brand Growth:

     Enhance PibyThree’s online presence and thought leadership in the cloud transformation industry through innovative digital and content strategies. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact. 
  • Market Research:

     Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep PibyThree ahead of the curve.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) and proficiency in measuring campaign performance. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, IT services, or cloud transformation industries. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign execution. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
