Digital Marketing Head

As the Digital Marketing Head at our Health & Wellness Devices company based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in leading our in-house marketing team. With a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position, you will report directly to the Founder and oversee a team of 12-14 direct reportees. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, closely monitoring performance metrics and adjusting campaigns as needed. By collaborating with various teams such as performance, content, design, and analytics, you will ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with our business objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning will be critical, along with your strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in managing and motivating teams is essential, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach to work. In addition to overseeing marketing budgets and maximizing ROI, you will have the opportunity to explore new digital channels, tools, and trends to drive innovation and growth within the company.
