Digital Marketing Head

You will lead and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the company across all channels. This includes guiding the digital marketing team in creating content such as social media posts, videos, and digital advertising campaigns. You will also be responsible for overseeing market research, competitor analysis, and generating insights to support strategic planning. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly will be crucial. Managing social media, online content, SEO, and analytics to maximize reach and effectiveness is also part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure timely campaign execution. Keeping yourself updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices will help in keeping the brand competitive. Additionally, mentoring the digital marketing team, initiating campaigns for sister companies, achieving monthly digital marketing targets, and implementing strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs are key responsibilities. Limiting the digital marketing spend amount is also required. Qualifications required: - Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience - Experience in digital marketing for at least 1 year Additional Details: The job is located in Vattambalam, Mannarkkad, and accommodation will be provided. The ability to commute/relocate to Palakkad, Kerala, is necessary. Reliably commuting or willingness to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package is preferred. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work.
