Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Head of Digital Marketing to take full ownership of our digital footprint. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the entire digital funnelfrom brand awareness via Social and Influencer channels to conversion via Performance Marketing and E-Commerce Marketplace management. The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who can plan high-level strategy but also dive deep into execution when needed.

Strategy And Leadership

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
  • Develop and execute a 360-degree digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's revenue goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Lead, mentor, and review the performance of the internal team (Social Media Manager, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Performance Marketers, and Influencer Marketing Manager).

Performance And Marketplace Marketing

  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC): Oversee paid campaigns on Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Marketplace Marketing: Lead the strategy for E-Commerce Marketplaces (e. g., Amazon, Flipkart). Master listing optimization (SEO), A+ Content, and manage Marketplace Ad Spend (AMS/PLA) to increase visibility and buy-box retention.
  • Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) to ensure sustainable growth.

Social Media, Content, And Design

  • Own the brand voice. Guide the Content and Design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar that balances educational content, brand storytelling, and product promotion.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints (Social, Website, Email, Ad Creatives).

Influencer And Community Marketing

  • Build and manage an Influencer Marketing program. Identify niche influencers, negotiate contracts, and manage campaign execution.
  • Track influencer performance beyond "likes, " focusing on coupon usage, affiliate sales, and traffic generation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6 Years (with 2 Years in a Leadership Role).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling digital revenue and managing budgets of [Insert Budget Range] monthly.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, or similar marketplace ecosystems is non-negotiable.
  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Creative Eye: Ability to critique design and copy to ensure high CTR (Click Through Rate).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, goal-oriented, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
