This role will ensure that products are received, stored, tracked, and shipped efficiently — supporting both warehouse operations and online order fulfilment for BlockToBox. Key Responsibilities Inventory Receiving & Stock Management Receive incoming stock deliveries, inspect items for quality/condition, verify against purchase orders, and log into inventory system. Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management / ERP / stock system. Organize, store, and manage stock in designated warehouse locations (shelves, racks, bins) to ensure ease of picking and minimal errors. Monitor inventory levels, flag low-stock / re-order needs, and coordinate restocking or procurement as necessary. Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination Prepare and coordinate order shipments: picking, packing, labelling, dispatching, and liaising with shipping/logistics providers. Inventory Audit & Reconciliation Conduct periodic physical inventory counts/cycle counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy.
