Digital Sales BDM (Business Development Manager) Department: Digital & IT Sales – ALL (A Little Louder) Location: Gujarat (with travel across Gujarat and occasional national travel) Employment Type: Full-Time – Office Based Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Agency side or Self-Owned Business Experience is Mandatory) About ALL (A Little Louder) ALL is a new venture by JK Events & Advertising, focusing entirely on Digital Solutions & IT Projects. Our mission is to amplify brands through innovative and result-driven digital strategies. Key Responsibilities Generate and drive digital sales including: Mobile Applications Website Design & Development UI/UX & Creative Design Projects IT/Digital Transformation Projects Influencer Marketing & Campaign Sales Responsible for end-to-end revenue generation from lead sourcing to deal closure. Strong ability to build, handle & guide the Digital Sales Team. Handle client meetings, pitching, negotiations & follow-ups independently. Sales tracking & reporting to management on a weekly basis. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Travelling required across Gujarat for business meetings. Handle national project opportunities from Pune, Delhi & Pan-India virtually from the Gujarat office and visit as needed (all travel expenses will be managed by the company). Mandatory Requirements Proven track record of Digital/IT Sales in previous roles. Candidate must share past sales performance/achievements for evaluation. Strong leadership qualities to build and manage a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation & market research abilities. Only candidates with agency-side experience or actual business ownership experience will be considered. Preferred Qualities Highly proactive, target-driven & confident personality. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for digital business growth and creative selling techniques.
