Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the organization’s digital marketing roadmap.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Creative, IT, etc.) to align digital campaigns with business goals.
  • Digital Campaigns & Performance
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, affiliate, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage brand presence across digital platforms to maintain consistency and engagement.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and track key digital marketing KPIs (CAC, CTR, Conversion Rates, ROAS, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and market trends.
  • Technology & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing automation, CRM, and digital tools for efficiency.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and external partners for campaign execution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies at scale.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of digital tools: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of ROI, conversion metrics, and customer journey mapping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
