Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC) • Manage and optimize Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings • Analyze traffic and campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. • Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms • Lead email marketing and automation efforts using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar • Coordinate with design and development teams for landing pages and campaign creatives • Generate and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders Key Skills Required • Proficiency in YouTube, Insta, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads • Strong grasp of SEO (on-page, off-page), Google Analytics, and Search Console • Knowledge of tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. • Excellent understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization • Hands-on experience with WordPress or CMS platforms • Strong communication and analytical skills. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team and clients to understand their preferences and incorporate feedback effectively. Technical Expertise: Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After effect, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, CorelDRAW.) to produce high-quality videos, Graphics and posters/banners. Colour Correction and Sound Design: Enhance video quality through colour grading and sound editing to ensure a professional finish. Timely Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the overall quality and impact of the final product. Qualifications: Graduate in any stream. Proven experience as a Banners, poster, Graphics & video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on similar event videos. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After effect, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Strong understanding of Banners, poster, graphics, video formats, codecs, and output requirements. Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with current trends and styles in events videography is a plus. Prior experience in the events industry is highly desirable.
