Job Description

Job Title: Food Production Incharge Location: firebird institute of research in management Contact : 8825809203 (3-5 years of experience in Food Production ) Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen and food preparation staff. Ensure meals are prepared according to dietary guidelines, patient needs, and food safety standards. Plan daily and weekly menus in consultation with the dietician or nutritionist. Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in all food production areas. Monitor food stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking. Inspect food quality, ingredients, and storage methods to ensure compliance with health regulations. Train and guide kitchen staff on best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Control food costs and wastage through efficient inventory and portion management. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements. Prepare reports on production, inventory, and staff performance as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
