Digital Marketing Head

As a Digital Marketing Head at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, website analytics, Adwords, and Email Campaigns. - Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Demonstrating creativity and analytical abilities to identify target audiences and devise engaging digital campaigns. - Optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments. - Utilizing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends. - Possessing solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Managing a team of 5-10 Digital Marketing executives, including 1-2 DM Managers. - Handling client accounts, providing digital marketing strategies, quotations, client retention, and engagement. - Overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. - Planning and managing social media platforms, monitoring campaign budgets, and preparing performance reports. - Identifying industry trends and technologies, evaluating metrics affecting website traffic and target audience. - Brainstorming growth strategies, managing contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. - Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners. - Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership for adoption.
