Description
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms, content creation, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage, update, and grow company profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to ensure strong audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve brand presence.
2. Content Creation
Create high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, graphics, short videos, and blog posts.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging visual assets.
Write compelling captions, copy, and scripts aligned with brand tone.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates the right message.
3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertisement campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audience groups, and ad placements.
Track daily budget spending, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly reports with insights and ROAS analysis.
4. SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search rankings.
Collaborate with developers to ensure website performance, UI/UX improvements, and landing page creation.
Track website analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Build segmented email lists and track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Manage customer journeys and automation workflows if applicable.
6. Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand digital trends.
Assist in creating digital marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Identify new growth opportunities through innovative digital solutions.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Track performance across all digital channels using analytics tools.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve overall marketing efficiency.
8. Coordination & Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sales, product, and operations.
Support in launching online events, webinars, and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated with emerging digital tools and marketing technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Basic to advanced skills in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing tools.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).
Good analytical skills with understanding of metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
