Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to enhance KCIL’s online presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and support business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as

  Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry portals

  .
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics

  and prepare performance reports.

Website & SEO Management

• Coordinate website content updates, product pages, and landing pages.
• Implement

  SEO best practices

  to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Work with external agencies or developers for website enhancements and performance optimization.

Content & Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage content for

  LinkedIn, website blogs, case studies, product highlights, and emailers

  .
• Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with KCIL’s corporate identity.
• Plan monthly content calendars and execute posting schedules.

Lead Generation & CRM Support

• Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams for lead handover and tracking.
• Maintain basic CRM data and campaign lead reports.

Branding & Online Reputation

• Support corporate branding initiatives and online brand positioning.
• Monitor online presence, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and company information across digital platforms.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)

  .
• Experience with

  B2B marketing

  , preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial products.
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  content writing and visual tools

  (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration

  , or a related field.
• Digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years

  of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in

  B2B / industrial / chemical sector

  will be preferred.
