Job Title: Export Executive (Documentation)
Location: Kalwa Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Executive to manage and execute export documentation and logistics. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of export procedures, coordination with forwarders & CHAs, and strong documentation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle bulk cargo shipments (LCL/FCL) for export operations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for smooth documentation and logistics flow.
• Manage end-to-end communication related to export shipments.
• Execute all pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities including BRC, Advance License, LC, and Insurance.
• Ensure timely coordination with logistics, stores, and sales teams for shipment planning and execution.
• Maintain proper tracking and documentation of all export shipments.
• Record and manage government export incentives such as Duty Drawback and RoDTEP.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle compliance processes
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Education: Graduate in Commerce / International Trade / Logistics or a related field
Additional certifications in Export-Import Management will be a plus
