Job Title: Export Executive Location: Kalwa Experience: 2 to 5 Years Industry: Chemical / Manufacturing / Export-Import Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Executive to manage and execute export documentation and logistics. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of export procedures, coordination with forwarders & CHAs, and strong documentation capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle bulk cargo shipments (LCL/FCL) for export operations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for smooth documentation and logistics flow. Manage end-to-end communication related to export shipments. Execute all pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities including BRC, Advance License, LC, and Insurance . Ensure timely coordination with logistics, stores, and sales teams for shipment planning and execution. Maintain proper tracking and documentation of all export shipments. Record and manage government export incentives such as Duty Drawback and RoDTEP . Key Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle compliance processes Ability to work collaboratively across departments Education: Graduate in Commerce / International Trade / Logistics or a related field Additional certifications in Export-Import Management will be a plus
