We are hiring for Export Documentations Positions.
Locations:- Pitampura, Delhi
Salary:- 25-30k in hand

Job Description:-
Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
Handle online documentation portals (DGFT, ICE, GATE, EPCs like APEDA, FIEO, etc.).
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Apply for and manage regulatory documents like RCMC, IEC, Phytosanitary Certificate, and FSSAI.
Track shipments and update customers on status.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export documentation standards.
Maintain filing and archiving of export records for audits and claims (e.g., MDA/MEIS).
Assist in export incentive claims and related follow-ups.
