Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise-level clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored IT/ITES solutions. Develop and execute winning lead generation and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Demonstrate expertise in AI, BPO, KPO, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development solutions. Research market trends, competitor activity, and implement refined sales approaches. Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to client stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams for smooth execution. Track and report performance on CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus). 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT/ITES/BPO/KPO. Strong understanding of IT services like Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Managed Services. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
