Position Overview: We are seeking a smart, motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in the after-sales customer onboarding and support process for Menu2order, our white-label online ordering solution designed for restaurant owners. This role focuses on outbound calling to restaurant owners in the USA, with the goal of generating leads and converting them into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to restaurant owners in the USA to introduce Menu2order and explain its benefits. Handle after-sales onboarding, guiding customers through the setup and customization process. Provide ongoing support to ensure customers are satisfied and fully utilizing the platform. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions. Work closely with the sales and support teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues. Continuously identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services. Qualifications: Excellent spoken English, with a preference for candidates who have an American accent. Proven experience in outbound sales calls, particularly in the USA market. Familiarity with SAAS products and customer onboarding processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
