As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Red Berrie, providing exceptional service and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing personalized styling advice. Sales: Actively engaging with customers to showcase our collection, highlight key features, and achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of our merchandise, including fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends. Merchandising: Assisting with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is always well-presented, tidy, and inviting. Operations: Handling transactions accurately, managing inventory, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. Relationship Building: Fostering a friendly and welcoming environment to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion, is a plus but not mandatory. We're willing to train the right candidate! Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in women's wear and current style trends. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members.
