About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT services, generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships. The role requires a mix of field visits, communication, digital marketing understanding, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities Sales:

• Identify and generate business leads from the local Himachal market.
• Pitch IT services (website development, software solutions, digital marketing, SEO, cloud services etc.).
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:

• Support digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing).
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for brand growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to promote services.
• Create basic sales content (brochures, proposals, posts) with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
• Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable with field visits within Shimla & nearby districts.
• Must have a two-wheeler (preferred) or ability to travel locally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email writing).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
