Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon- Hybrid (3 days in office, 3 WFH) Company: Cigma Events Salary: as per Industry standard+ Annual Performance-based Incentive Experience Required: 3-5 Years Joining: Immediate joining Reports To: Creative Head (under Design Team) About the Company Cigma Events is a leading experiential marketing and event management agency with operations across India. We specialise in corporate conferences, brand activations, and intellectual properties (IPs) that blend creativity with executional excellence. To strengthen our digital outreach and inbound funnel, we’re hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house Design & Creative Team. Role Overview The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that support client deliverables as well as Cigma's internal IPs. This includes performance marketing, SEO, analytics, automation, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in running paid ads and digital outreach with measurable KPIs. This role will report directly to the Creative Head and will be an integral part of the Design & Content Team, working closely with designers, video editors, and event managers. Key Responsibilities Plan and run paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn with monthly budgets of ₹1–2 lakh Own performance optimisation for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality Execute and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for promotions, reminders, and lead follow-ups using broadcast tools or APIs Track and report campaign performance via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio dashboards Set up and maintain proper UTM tagging and event tracking Build and manage email workflows in Mailchimp or similar tools Manage basic SEO practices: keyword tracking, blog briefs, and on-page audits Liaise with design team for ad copies, visuals, and landing page creatives Support the creation of CRO-tested landing pages and track conversion performance Weekly and monthly performance reporting and insights Ideal Candidate Profile 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in an agency or events/branding company) Proven experience in lead generation with clear metrics (attach sample dashboards or campaign reports) Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, UTM builder, and campaign reporting Experience running WhatsApp marketing, including API tools or CRM plugins Understanding of SEO and content coordination Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Component Details Fixed CTC as per Industry standard Performance Incentive Applicable annually based on KPIs such as lead generation, ROAS, organic growth, and engagement Other Benefits Hybrid work flexibility (3 WFH days), skill development reimbursements, and access to premium industry events Why Work with Cigma Fast-growing agency with strong industry presence Opportunity to own and scale marketing campaigns across high-value clients and in-house IPs Direct access to leadership, flat team structure Scope for rapid career growth to Assistant Manager based on performance Creative freedom + hands-on collaboration with design and video teams Share following details on mail: abhishek@cigmaevents.com - CV and portfolio - Current CTC - Expected CTC Show more Show less
