Location : Surat Reports To : CEO Department : Marketing Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for leading and managing the company’s multiple client’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts align with business goals and drive measurable growth. This role involves overseeing the entire digital marketing team and collaborating with other departments to implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and maximise ROI across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth. Lead the digital marketing team and ensure alignment with company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) across digital marketing initiatives to assess ROI and make adjustments as needed. Campaign Management : Oversee the creation, management, and optimisation of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid media, and display advertising. Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and implement digital content, including blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements. Direct digital media buying and management across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including social media managers, SEO specialists, content creators, and paid media experts. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the team. Provide guidance on career development and performance management for direct reports. Analytics & Reporting : Conduct in-depth analysis of digital campaigns and user behaviour across various platforms, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot. Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to drive improvements in strategy and tactics. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, enhance targeting, and boost ROI. Budget & Resource Allocation : Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise results across campaigns. Oversee the spending on digital ad platforms, ensuring the budget is adhered to and optimised for maximum impact. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure a unified marketing approach. Present digital marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, as necessary. Market Research & Trend Monitoring : Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company's digital strategy is competitive and effective. Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience : Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Extensive experience managing a team and collaborating across departments. Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Analytical & Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business objectives through digital channels. Communication & Leadership : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to non-marketing stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance. Creative Mindset : Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative campaigns and digital content. Experience working with design teams to produce engaging and high-performing digital assets.
