Digital Marketing Director

We are looking for a VP Marketing with an AI-first mindset. 

Role Purpose

Lead branding, digital, events, community, influence and growth — with AI-powered marketing execution. 

You will use AI to: 

• accelerate content 
• drive insights 
• optimize campaigns 
• personalize messaging at scale 
• reduce cost, increase speed, increase conversion 

Key Responsibilities -

The VP Marketing will own  brand strategy, narrative, and market positioning, ensuring modern, emotional, outcome-driven storytelling with a bold and premium tone. The role requires leading AI-enabled digital growth by leveraging AI tools for website optimization, predictive analytics, A/B testing, SEO insights, and personalized experiences. A strong content engine is essential, driving high-frequency output across articles, case studies, short videos, reels, infographics, and LinkedIn posts, with AI used to accelerate scale and maintain quality. The role will also focus on building communities and influence, including CISO forums, cybersecurity communities, executive roundtables, and partnerships with industry influencers, based on the belief that influence is more powerful than advertising, conversation is more valuable than campaigns, and communities matter more than databases. 

Demand generation will be executed through AI-driven multi-channel programs and nurturing journeys across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and retargeting, using AI for segmentation, lead scoring, campaign triggers, and personalization. The VP will own premium events such as CISO roundtables, summits, webinars, and partner co-branded programs, bringing creativity and experiential quality. Internally, the role will build culture and brand pride by creating narratives around wins, stories, videos, and employee voices, ensuring the entire organization feels connected.

They should think and move with a Gen Z mindset-  

• Consuming and producing snackable content,  
• Using short-form video as a core storytelling medium, and  
• Having a strong sense of visual and design literacy.  
• They understand how culture, memes, and influence shape perception, and can bring those elements into a B2B brand in a smart and relevant way. 

We are looking for at least eight years of experience, ideally across technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital services, though deep cybersecurity expertise is not mandatory. What matters more is passion for digital, imaginative problem solving, a strong leadership presence, and comfort with AI-driven tools that improve speed, quality, personalization, and insight. The candidate should be someone who is energized by building new ideas, loves storytelling, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to create a category-defining brand rather than just managing routine marketing activities.
