About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and career page updates.
  • Provide timely communication to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support HR projects and other ad-hoc recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
