Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, storytelling, and user experience of the company across various touchpoints. Leading a creative team, you will develop impactful campaigns, content, and communication strategies that resonate with the target audience. - Define and evolve brand identity, tone, and visual language to maintain consistency. - Lead the conceptualization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that are bold and memorable. - Develop and execute content strategies for different platforms including web, social media, email, offline channels, and events. - Collaborate with internal and external creative teams, production houses, and influencers to deliver high-quality creatives. - Oversee video, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and design across various media channels. - Establish brand guidelines and ensure uniformity across all touchpoints and departments. - Drive thought leadership initiatives, secure awards, and establish brand partnerships to enhance public presence. - Utilize various storytelling formats to make marketing a cultural voice that drives community engagement. - Foster audience-first creative thinking based on research and behavior analysis. - Enhance customer journeys through innovative content strategies and creative approaches. - Explore new creative formats such as AI, AR, and personalization to enhance brand communication. - Lead a performance team in developing targeted media strategies to support creative campaigns. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to enhance messaging. - Ensure alignment of SEO, SEM, and analytics with brand positioning in collaboration with digital teams. - Collaborate with web and product teams to enhance storytelling on digital platforms. - Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team across various functions like content, design, video, social, and growth. - Cultivate a culture of experimentation, creativity, and execution excellence within the team. - Collaborate with sales, product, and academic teams to integrate the brand voice into the learner experience. Must-Have: - 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content, creative strategy, or integrated campaigns. - Proven portfolio of impactful brand campaigns across multiple channels. - Experience in managing large creative teams or cross-functional marketing squads. - In-depth understanding of Gen Z and millennial content formats and behaviors. - Strong creative judgment, storytelling skills, and a user-centric approach. Should Have: - Familiarity with performance marketing and the ability to interpret results from digital teams. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles and content-led website optimization. - Experience in education, media, lifestyle, or consumer-first industries. Nice to Have: - Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Premier Pro, or creative suites. - Insight into emerging platforms and trends.,
