JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 111 Budgeting Cash flows Management and Analysis Budget Control To develop detailed budgets and cashflow statements for various project at various stages of their implementation. To manage cashflows of various projects and ensure timely payment of Contractors. To engage with Agency for Special Monitoring (ASM, Auditors appointed by Lenders)) for making Project related payments. To Control budgets of various Projects at various stages of their implementation. Projects include : Phase 1 : Petrochemicals Phase-2 : Petrochemicals VGO MHC Revamp Coke Drum Project SPM-2 Project Infrastructure Projects 2 Project Documentation and Compliance To review various Project Finance Agreements. To engage and support in the entire process of project financing documentation. To obtain disbursements as per the requirement of the Project in accordance with the Facility Agreement. To engage and provide responses to queries of Lenders/Lenders Independent Engineer at various stages of the Project. Project Appraisal Interface with Lenders and Lender consultants for Project Financial Closure Project Financing cashflows Ensure information requirements of Project Lenders are complied within stipulated timelines for achievement of financial closure of all Projects in Asset Development Negotiations, Contract Finalisations and Project Closure with Contractors Member of Negotiation Committee for finalisation of Contract conditions Develop cash-flows based on bids received from EPC bidders for Investment Memorandum Development and progress monitoring To engage with EPC Contractors for Project Closure in line with Contract terms and conditions. Tax Incentives for Projects Responsible for development and implementation of tax incentives schemes like Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme, Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations (MOOWR) while engaging with Contractors and Taxation team. Land Management Support Develop Board Notes and Audit Committee Notes based on information from Land Team Project structuring Alternatives To prepare rationale, provide various inputs and collaborate for devising the best structure from a Financial Perspective for new projects / Joint Ventures – as per requirement. Development in SAP To develop and implement Reporting structures in SAP (Plant, Profit Centres, Business Area) as per the requirement of various Projects in collaboration with SAP, IT and Accounting teams Capitalisation of Projects To engage with Consultants and Vadinar Finance & Accounts Teams for Capitalisation of Project expenditure on completion JV Management To support conceptualisation of overall JV construct wrt Ownership structure, options for funding of SPV by JV partners. To engage with potential JV partners for undertaking joint feasibility studies, joint venture agreements / MOU. Interface with cross functional teams for implementation of SPM-2 project in CETL. Relationship Management Interface with prospective lenders, consultants, partners, lawyers and other internal and external stakeholders for furthering Project progress Presentation and Reporting Prepare financial progress reports, presentations for stakeholders. Teamwork and Management As part of Project Finance team, recruit, develop and mentor team members. QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Chartered Accountant Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: Relevant Experience: Relevant experience of 10 years in Project Finance and Project Financial Analysis management of various financial functions covering a full life cycle of project implementation. Should have worked as a Financial Analyst in Oil / Power / Steel / Infrastructure with excellence in financial concepts and working on MS Excel. Good experience in working on presentations in Power point. Total Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience.
